In order to sustain the Group growth, and its digital transformation, the Global Quality Team is hiring a Global QA System specialist, reporting to the head of Global QA Systems, which missions will be:
In 2022 - Finalize the new configuration of C-QMS and lead the worldwide roll-out:
Becomes the Global business Administrator of C-QMS
Creates and animates the Ceva Key user community for C-QMS (Ceva Quality Management System)
Trains the key users to the different modules of the system C-QMS (documentation management and deviation management)
Ensures support to key users for the modules already implemented
Coordinate the document migration in the different sites
Creates e-learning materials
Coordinates the configuration of the system
Writes the user guides / procedures for the different modules
Animates the Headquarters Quality System:
Be the QA team member for major I&D and GMSQ corporate digital transformation projects
Writes Ceva Global Quality Standards and train the different entities
Be the QA system project manager to integrate newly acquired entities in C-QMS
Drives the continuous improvement of C-QMS and more especially initiatives about interfaces between C-QMS and other systems
Leads the digitalization of paper-based process by coordinating the creation of new documents types / workflows in C-QMS
On top of these missions, participate in regulatory inspections for questions related to his/her scope.
PROFILE AND SKILLS
Niveau bac +3 or equivalent.
Fluent english mandatory.
Team player, capacity to work in a multicultural environment.
Knowledge in IT and Quality Assurance.
This position may require international travels.
